I help restore harmony to your energetic and emotional systems.
I work with people who are already on their path, invested in their healing process, and want to feel supported and connected.
No two sessions are the same. Each session is intuitively customized in real time, responding to your energy and what is ready to be supported, shifted, and integrated.
Sessions may include a combination of: Sound healing, self-mastery coaching, VortexHealing™, channeling, cacao, oracle readings, somatic work, yogic postures and breathwork, and connection to Source.

Welcome. I am Sarah.
My path began over 11 years ago when I felt a deep calling to embark on a spiritual quest, not knowing exactly what that meant, but hearing a full YES and leaping anyway.
I learned that I am a person who will leap.
I also learned that there is a way to feel integrated and whole rather than fragmented, chaotic, and lost. This is the journey of self-love. The pathway to freedom.
I remember the moment when I decided I was “all in." With everything. That meant being okay to let go of relationships, behaviors, and situations no longer serving my highest and best. That also meant feeling as though the world suddenly didn’t understand me. I learned to hold my own hand through it all.
Sound held me, too. The energy that moves through my channel when working with instruments is the closest feeling to Source energy that I can describe. Practicing sound energy work has taught me how to be a clear and open channel, a pure vessel for light.
It is with this level of integrity that I guide others into self-healing.
